Early Opera Company is a collection of baroque specialists who seek to share their love of vocal music from the era with the widest possible audience. Singers and instrumentalists praised internationally for their skill and musicianship come together under the direction of Christian Curnyn for performances and recordings of works from the 17th and 18th centuries. From Olivier award-nominated productions at The Roundhouse to concert tours of European opera houses, EOC exists to spread awareness of and love for the sublime music of Handel, Monteverdi, Purcell and more.
